And if you think about it, it would seem obvious to someone who isn't delusional like Silverboy, that mutations occur in viruses.

You may be aware that in many developed countries it is a criminal offense to infect somebody with an STD. The idea that 6 weekly checkups mean a person is safe is nonsense. The strains of Hepatitis A ,B and C will produce results after about a week of being infected. Between infection and symptoms there is a time-gap where other people can be infected by reckless behavior. There's also Herpes Simplex and other viruses.
