Get over it!!

Deal with it on move on. We can either be apart of the problem or we can be a part of the solution.

It is no different here than it is in the US or Canada. The only difference is we are better at it. You need to open your eyes and look at whole picture.

If you put as much time in being a teacher as you do responding to all these post you must be a great teacher.
