I too was fooled by the continuous reasurances of Stuart Barret. I worked for him for a year and saw him on a daily basis lying to students and teachers with seemingly no regrets or sympathy for their plights. I went into the centre everyday until he paid up; which he did....after 1.5 months of me quitting!
I think it's the responsibility of the HK government to do something about this man who continually floats the law right infront of their eyes.
