Yeah, wouldn't you know it, is right!

Until schools/employers in Korea and China decide to make qualifications and experience the prime focus (and pay salaries accordingly) rather than just wanting a "foreign face," as a means to make money from students (with little attention paid to education and academic integrity), the system will always attract and be a haven for such types of people.
