I totaly disagree with this comment and you didn't even get his name right. It is Chen Bin and I have worked for him for 3 years.
He always agrees on a fee before lessons and always pays the agreed amount on time.

He is one of the few business men in China that I do trust.

His classes and the general college organisation is of a very high standard and his staff are well trained.

I have no concerns about recommending HB school to any foreign teacher in Weifang
