Hello linguisticus,I would not classify myself as being a "victim", I just get REALLY PISSED OFF when I see young blonde (usually female) teachers getting preferential treatment at the expense of better teachers. I could not care less if a teacher is a native speaker or not,I just would like to see everyone treated fairly and equally. Wishful thinking, given all the bullshit that goes on in Chinese schools. One can only hope....
