Anyone been to Croatia. Is it a good plan for a couples vacation? I think I have it narrowed down to that or the GR trails in France. I know Croatia is beautifull but that's about all I know. Is it fairly cheap? Anyone have anything to say about Croatia.

OK, last night, it was put to me that a coupke of my friends are going to Croatia next year very briefly. They didnt tell me when or even where in Caroatia or for even how long but they said would I be interested. I said yes, but then she had to go. So I have a few questions.

1. From Brisbane, Australia. where do you have to fly through to get to Croatia.
2. Are Croatian people, friendly, welcoming, arrogant?
3. What is the typical food in Croatia. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at home and in a restaurant and on the streets.
4. Anything else IMPORTANT to know about Croatia? Oh, and what is their language?
