Thank you thank you! Those words are very encouraging! Teaching is serious job and I am quite appalled to see so many ads requiring from the prospective "teacher" to only be a NS with a degree- whatever the major! Having myself been to America to teach French without any teaching training (I was accepted solely because I was a NS- well actually it was part of an exchange program with my university and I should have been just an assistant but ended up teaching a beginner's class by myself) I quickly realized that you can't improvise this kind of job!
Anyways I will look into getting qualifications for teaching BOTH English and French.
