Don't whatever you do fall for this trick. It is for sure a scam of the Nigerian type and you can bet that Nigerians are behind it somewhere.
6000US$ is way over the top and designed to attract gullible people.
Why should you send money to a travel agent nominated by him ? If it were genuine he would send you a ticket. The air fare is a small amount compared to the salary offered.

Be sensible and forget it, unless you have money to burn.
