What i was trying to explain was that the westerners too have their con artists and it's almost never heard on the internet or any other news media.Why only the ones emanating from Africa or other under developed countries?The reason i think is that the westerners don't beleive the sub-continents can be that smart.Based on this and couple with the fact that westerners being known for looking down on under developed countries as being sub-humans,they are looking for ways to further more belittle them by hyping this scam of a thing.
There have been lots and lots of cases in the U.S. and other developed countries about some people especially the old chaps being swindled by American con artists.Why wasn't the news hyped in the media?The reason;their govt has excellent public image management which the other sub-continent govts don't.
Some of the so-called western worlds were known to have the highest crime rates in the world,but people still deal with them.Why?Again,excellent public image management.
Just to let you know as it is in law,if there is no buyer of stolen goods,there won't be a seller.That also relates to scams.If people are not greedy,el-dorado gold diggers, day dreamers and looking for cheap,easy money,they will never fall prey to scams.
So once again,stop pointing accusing fingers and perpetrating bad image of the sub-continets and warn the greedy fellas out there.
