Dear All Teachers,

I am a Cathay Teacher registered, I responded to an adcertisment from Mannfred Wilhelm want me to teach his two sons in Alabama. The offer is so inviting, who in their right mind would turn down such an offer, even as United States legally Qualified Teacher, which I made mentioned in our correspondence to each other. Mr. Mannered Wilhelm mentioned that he had a friend of his in the USCIS immigration by the name Penny Anderson as a Departmen of Employment with a Homeland Security Identification Card with 8798, Who would prepare the documents required for the visa. Penny Anderson responded to my email as a USCIS employee after I had being instructed by Mannfred Wilhelm instruction of introduction. Penny send me a PDF format Visa application to fill out and return the required documents which are private in nature and confidential. Anyhow, I contacted the Homeland Security Risk team and spoke to a specialist in that team. Here are the results. There is NO USCIS OFFICE BASED OUT OF VIRGINIA. This Penny Anderson does NOT EXIST! And ALL HOMELAND SECURITY STAFF DONT USE YAHOO ADDRESS TO CONDUCT GOVERNMENT BUSINESS. ITS NOTED and REPORTED AS A SCAM!!!!

CATHAY TEACHER needs to protect our details against these scam Artists!! I Have forward all correspondence from Penny Anderson and Mannfred Wilhelm to Homeland Security for CYBER INTERNET CRIMIMAL ACTIVITY. To all those seeking legitimate work, Do you background checks first.
