Very regretfully do I tender this warning about Jilin Province Tianshou Exchanges Service Center located at CHANGCHUN CITY, JILIN PROVINCE owned and managed by Mrs. Wang and her subordinates named KIKI, LINDA, MICHELLE, MAGIE using different website to decieve teachers particularly from Philippines. They offer 2500 RMB as monthly salary with 300 RMB deduction as band and teachers are obliged to pay water and electricity consumption. They will process one year residence visa for foriegners but teachers are liable for the payment. They collecting it from wages in terms of 500 deductions for 3 months.

Teachers must teach 32 classes a week and tottally 88 hours a month. If the required hours are not fullfill then she/he is not entitled to receive 2500 basic pay and payment computed as 30 rmb per hour. Furthermore, If the teacher request for relieve then he/she is charge for 2000 USD and issued visa will be cancelled. Some invited teachers has been rejected and asked for accomodation fee amounting of 300 RMB per month. They was keeping foreign passport and use as blackmail to collect money from them.
