With a purpose to have more inspiring teachers, I am a volunteer of Auroville village School, Pondicherry and Mirambika, New Delhi besides working on lot of village schools and vocational institute for employment to educated youth.

I have worked extensively on Faculty Mentoring Programms and have delivered Teacher training workshops at reputed organisations like Technical Teachers' Training Institute, private Universities and institution for training of Teachers/Faculty Members dealing with Adult students, esp in Higher education.

At present I am also authoring a book on Tips for Teachers, through ESL platform, I would like to connect with more and more intelligent brains and ideas who can provide me with tips on Teachers Trg.
