Dear teachers with Japan experience!

I am an experienced teacher who loves Japan and Japanese culture. Now, I want to go and live there.

I have posted a few ads on the net, and also answered many of the employers' ads. Yet each time I am offered a job, as soon as I ask them about the conditions, they disappear from the other end of the line!!

Can you guide me to get a decent job there?
