"After selecting you to work with St. Etienne Bilingual College C Paris. You are hereby attached with copy of employment letter, employment contract, some pictures of college, dorm notice.

You are advice to read the contract and other relevant information very well.

We once more say sorry for the delay to send the
attached information, this is because the school had a meeting with the Immigration bureau in Paris about
your working document such as work permit, resident
permit and other revise immigration law for employment in France.

After few days from now we shall send to you the
original documents by Emergency mail services (EMS) to get a visa to France as soonest, meanwhile we have to make contact with your local France embassy to give you the visa, so give us the fax/telephone number of your local France embassy.

Furthermore we are informing you to pay a quotation
fee of 230 Euro to Mr. Amin Theodore, Paris-France the school accountant using western union transfer as
soonest. This is to support us to post your original
document, using Emergency mail services, apply for
work permit, resident permit and other documents.

Meanwhile after sending the money, send a scan copy of 4x4 photo to us as soonest so that we can apply for your working document before you arrived here.

We also need a recommendation letter from one of your
family member to profit as an ort of recognition,
his/her full contact, ID or passport number and
nationality. Do well to give us the following
informations your other of names, passport number,
date of issued, date of expiration, date of birth,
height and the same information goes, if any accompany person to come with and a limitation of one, postal address.

Note:

The programmed is as follows,

1) All teachers are expected to mail us their
departure time and arrival time at the Paris
international airport, so that we can pick them up on
time. Theres a committee set-aside for that and we
shall pick you up with the school car.

2) Welcome Banquet at Hotel Warwick-Paris on the
(2-01-2005) at 6pm.

3) Orientation on the 3-04-2005.

4) Teaching starts on the 5-01-2005.

NOTES FOR DORMS

1) Everything should be checked carefully before
living in so that you can be sure that everything is
in order, for the bill of repairing will be treated by
yourself if any. Certainly, well be glad to find the
repairer for you.

2) Keep in a good relationship with the neighbors
is encourage, so youd better not make a large noise
,especially. during sleeping time.

3) Allowing anybody else to live in is forbidden
without the centers permission.

4) A party should report to the center before
hosting.

5) Live as a French man in France, obey the laws
that govern it citizen.

6) Keeping the Dorm clean is advocated

7) The college will pay the bills of water and
electricity for 75 Euro, and you will charge the rest.
