Perhaps, as Fish has rightly told you, it is time to end your incessant whining and offer up some solutions. Change: Seems to be the common mantra of the day - witness the current blah, blah, blah of the American presidential election. It's easy to say you stand for change, but let's hear some details about how that can be accomplished. Oh gee, here's an idea for China's education system: Let's hire a bunch of do nothing, ill educated foreigners to teach us their ways as they complain about China's methods. Oh wait, we already did that, and it doesn't seem to be working out too well except for the beer peddlers and dumpling sellers.

I think there's a common misconception that the movers and shakers in China spend too much time twiddling their thumbs rather than addressing a whole range of problems that have arisen since the Opening Up and Reform. That's a rather sophomoric and ill conceived notion. There are a lot of wounds to heal in this country. They are being bandaged at the same time as the country endeavors to move forward. Harsh words and do nothing rhetoric don't help. Give it some time and do your best to help if you really give a damn.
