hey I have been teaching in Suwon, Korea for about 5 months now. I like the people that I work with but I don't like how they do business. They are a private academy (Hagwon) and have not paid a cent of my pension or other teachers' pensions for the entire time they have been open (they have been open for around 10 years now!!!). I want to leave for a better job in Korea if they don't meet our demands of equal pension that is legally owed to us.

I want to know what reasons can I use to say that I want to leave and get a letter of release? I have heard that just saying "I'm leaving for a better job" will probably mean that I will be stuck with no letter of release and a nice boot to the ass. I need a good legitimate reason, maybe one using legal terms to make them give me a letter of release.

Any help on this topic is much appreciated...Thanks
