It appears that there is nothing to be said that can change your mind about EF at all. That truly is your right and I can only guess your experience has made you a staunch opponent of EF worldwide. That being said it might prove more benficial that instead of writting them off give suggestions as how people would be able to improve their work environment. Absolutely none of the prior postings that I have read have happened to me here at EF Fuzhou. This has turned out to be a much more pleasant experience than I could ever have hoped for. Our chinese counterparts are hesitant to change their work attitudes but they do still make an effort. As for changing them from the top down I don't believe any system works that way. To beat the system you got to be in it slowly chipping away.
