If you have a decent, fair employer you should see your contract through to the end, unless there's an absolute emergency at your end.

If the problems are minor, try to deal with them firmly but reasonably.

If the problems are major due to a malevolent or extremely selfish employer that is making your life an absolute misery and all other options are exhausted including seeking outside help from the authorities or a lawyer, then there's not much else to do.

Sometimes you just have to run!
