Since I posted my original scam alert on August 28th-29th, I have received several inquiries about combatting their scam, so evidently they are still quite active, despite ESL Employment's diligent efforts to take the ads down. This ad is the one that promises $4750 per month, a job in Dubai, etc, and originates in the island of Tokelau (see "tk" at the end of their email address). If anyone has a suggestion about fighting them, please let me know. The problem is compounded by the threat of identity theft, after the person (YOU!) has sent them personal information.
