Good post. I wasn't trying to claim that only white native-speakers engage in negative practices over here. I know that teachers of all nationalities and colours do such. I was trying to relate what the SCHOOL's thinking is on this issue. Maybe they don't realize that it's about percentages. If they tended to employ a greater percentage of white NSs then it would stand to reason that a greater percentage of problems would come from that group.

I'm not saying that FTs should live like monks. We're human beings. The problem is some people don't know where to draw the line, and others don't seem to draw a line at all!
