Some people aren't that good at it. Others are and have practiced it daily for a long time. Therefore, they have realized their goal and it is an achievement. I suppose, though, that it could be argued that it is the BS itself that helps them achieve their goals. However, for some, whether or not it leads to the achievement of a goal is a moot point; therefore, it is in and of itself an achievement.
