Briefly, I have taken early retirement after 20+ years of doing organizational consulting in Minessota. I have decided that I would like to be an ESL teacher in Ecuador and am in the process of getting the TEFL certificate.

What I am finding in this process is that it is difficult to know who the "credible" vendors are and how best to get a teaching position. If you have any suggestions/pointers, I will be very appreciative.
