Will an on-line certification suffice for meeting
international ESL teaching requirements for countries in
the former Yugoslavia (Serbia, Kosovo)?

The reason for the above question is because
several individuals have asked me to relocate to the
Balkans in order to begin teaching English to the
populace.

In addition, where can I locate a ranking for on-line
ESL certification schools? I am currently thinking of
enrolling at The International TEFL Corporation (TITC).
Also, where is TITC currently headquartered?
