Hospital HR Manager - 2009-04-05

Hi-
I am the manager of a large hospital in the US. We have hired about two dozen fully educated and fully trained nurses from Korea. We have already met these nurses on a recruiting trip in Korea and we know their level of English is good and functional.
We are curious if anybody in this forum has taught English to Korean nurses or health care workers? What types of language problems would you anticipate? What types of cultural issues would you aniticipate? We already have many nurses and workers from many parts of the world, including Korea, but have hired them individually one at a time, and they have already been here for a while or have their family with them for support. This is the first time we have hired so many people at once from one area, who have never visited the US before.
Any ideas are welcome!
