Apart from anything else, the ad's English is dreadful. That would surely dissuade many jobseekers from applying. Probably, those who apply will surely not be the cream of the crop. That's how dumb the employer has been.
Chinese ads of similar composition and content for such vacancies would also put off many jobseekers, leaving only candidates who cannot get teaching positions easily.
The post might suit me, as my English is not so good, especially whenever I had to make speeches off the cuff in my previous job. Reckon I may as well apply - what the heck, why not!
