I despair too.There are loads of pretend teachers employed in China.They have no formal qualifications and no teacher's experiences.It's high time foriegners without degrees were not accepted as ESL teachers in the Chinese education system. It needs to be regulated.

There are even more pretend schools and school leaders in China. Maybe the pretend teachers are taking their cue from them.

It needs to be regulated.

Who's going to regulate those whom I mentioned above?
