I need advice on how a mature EFL Instructor with over 6 years experience in academic,business, young learners' English could gain entrance to a honour degree program ( final year/3rd year)in any western university/colege.The guy in question is in his mid thirties,currently teaching academic English and ESP,has excellent documented feedbacks on previous taught classes, has diplomas in TEFL ( 80 hrs online), TESOL(180 hrs online, 6 eassys each containing 1000 words), graduate TESOL diploma ( 80 hrs online + 4 essays,each containing 1000 words each, 2 mini thesis, each containing 3000 words ).

Aside from EFL,this guy has extensive work experience in human resources, quality control in the manufacturing sector, accounting, and foood and beverage experience in the hotel industry. He really wants to enrol in a bachelor/post graduate prgram in education/EFL/TESOL online or onsite for career development and self fulfilment

Any advice/suggestions/contacts will be highly appreciated.
