Hi Adam, I'm sorry that I started this thread as it has finally degenerated into a witch hunt against Shane. Clearly there are hard-hearted and unforgiving posters on this board who adhere to the philosophy, 'give a dog a bad name and hang him'. You'll never be able to sway them re their negative opinions of all training centers, including the one you represent.What's really astonishing is that they are educators!
