Well now Silverboy, you are a bit tarnished concerning King's International English. Individualism and flexibility are exactly the reasons that Private Training Centers like this using CALL are so populat and effective. The program, through testing, establishes an incoming student's level. They are not assigned a class, but come in and work on the starting lesson according to their own schedule, so the "one size fits all" that you think is not the case. After studying the lesson, they check with their Tutor and if agreed, go to a "private class" (1-4 students) for one hour with the FT. This hour is knowledge based suppporting the leason. If they perform well they move on to a "salon class" (1-10 students) that is entirely oral in nature. If the FT thinks the student is ready they can then go on to the next lesson at their own pace.(schedule) There is a lot more that goes on at the center that supports TI (do you know what that means?) Total Immersion!!
