This is a notice to International English teachers from Myanmar that it's not advisable to accept any job offer at Jiangxi Normal University. This notice comes from a reliable source of a person who worked there for sometimes. Assistant Professor or Dean of the university whose name is Zhang Jian told that Myanmar English teacher that he didn't allow any English teacher from Myanmar to teach English at the university and said that discrimination exist everywhere for a Myanmar. Nationality discrimination has been existing among the teachers and a few leaders who work for the university. Moreover, if you have got an offer for a teaching English job at the same university, interviewed by Ruby Chen, you shouldn't believe that offer because you might get cheated and kicked out of the university in one month time without notice or any consideration for another teaching job at another university or school. They may even stop issuing a visa to stay longer in China so that your situation will be miserable in away you have to go back home without a penny or face the situation of ecking out a living in China. They made payment of salary not in full but paid for number of days or hours the teacher worked for the last month wages as if the teacher/professor worked part time.
