I've read that the cremated remains or the actual bodies of louwai without Chinese spouses who die in China must be sent back to their homelands according to Chinese law.And I also noted from the net that the cost of a body bag by air to Nigeria was around 50000 Yuan.
But what about louwai with Chinese spouses?When said louwai die,I presume they can be cremated or buried in China.And also that their Chinese spouses can arrange that without first having to provide paperwork previously signed by their not-long deceased louwai marriage partners.
Does anyone know if my presumptions are definitely correct?
