As a natural legislator, I want to describe that any education and degree whether it's from accreditated university in your country or earned by attending all the classes required for getting that degree without no practicality and experience at the same time, to prove that the theoretical study they had becomes pragmatically their profession is invalid and cannot be called heuristic research education.
