Can someone give me any positives for this program? Everything seems to point at David Ngin Sian Pau's involvement in every aspect of the institution. The first graduate page looks more like Mr. Pau's elaborate CV for what is supposed to be a general information page. Also, the very cheap and unprofessional website alone is suspect.
