Hellow,i am a new teacher of EFL.I want some help about how a teacher can be a good administrator of his class especially in case when the students do not care about the language being taught to them due to the fact that it is not their second language(their second language is French).I would be thaankful if I recieve some tips and avice to help me deal with this new situation.Thanks
