Times Education Supplement has come up with a great idea to get teachers to upload teaching plans for lessons which they can share with each other. They have a rating system on the site so teachers who download someone else's lesson plan then rate it on a star system for how good they think it is. So it turns into a massive peer review exercise and what better way for a teacher to build their own cv than by referring to the star rating given to them by their own peer group on the lesson plans they prepared?
