If specifying race is not racist, what then IS racist, asking a teacher for his mom's name? God, help these polemists

Let a Chinese based English language school specify candidates from those countries where the people are descended originally from the British. The British still do speak the best English after all. He is paying the salary. It is his school's reputation that is at stake and he carries the can if it all goes wrong because of foreign teachers who cannot speak English any better than his Chinese staff. It is not the employer who demands white
people, it is his customers - the students

Moreover it has been taught wholly within their own grossly corrupt systems. Where, in most cases, if you pay your course fees in advance and turn up for the majority of the lessons, you are quite
literally guaranteed your degree or TEFL Certificate no matter how good or bad you are. Thus most of their certificates and degrees are handed out willy nilly only to those who can afford the course fees. I have lived and worked in India and in Africa so please do NOT argue with me on this point.

Do you think Chinese language schools don't recognise this? Do you seriously believe that they MUST employ Africans,Indians and other races, whose grasp of English is no better (and in many cases worse) than their own, simply to satisfy the

If an Indian writer is good enough to write in English and win the Booker Prize and numerous other globally recognized literary awards does that not bear testimony to the Indians' skill in the language? You "anti-racist" people don't even realise that by championing the black races you are quite consciously behaving worse than you accuse us white people of doing. All we (and our Chinese
employers) are guilty of, is recognising that the British, Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders and Irish definitely speak the best English. We're not in demand for the colour of our skin but for our ability to speak English well. Though being white is good, for it is also an easily recongnisable indicator of our origins - in much
the same way that being black is - only the origins are unquestionably different and the problem is that no matter whose passports black people carry there's nothing they can do to disguise their skin colour.
It must be tough - but if Kiswahili or Hindi ever become internationally desirable languages, I wonder how many white people the Africans and Indians will employ to teach them.

If that's really true, how come even the UK is inviting English teachers from India?
