guangzhou, nanning or chongqing GAC centers deal with a "middle man" (not only their own agencies to ship this fine product (kids) to abroad unis. these centers have their "agents" that facilitate the chinese GAC students' applications before they actually get on the tables of the unis. some of these so called "agents", that sure earn their commisions and raise the chinese students' fees to get abroad, are second or third year students of the unis and some recent graduates there. so, not all of this process is as legal as it might appear. in fact, i've met some of these so called agents that've come to give their lovely powerpoint presentations from the US. the chinese GAC centers' demand for their students' photo albums only confirmed my previous suspisions. from the horse's mouth some chinese "big sharks" have contributed large sums of money (gifts) to some american universities and that's how these students have their ways paved as well. gosh, has the FBI ever solved this multi million dollar unis gift issue? no name donors lol:
