So my girlfriend and I are currently looking for jobs overseas (China) for teaching positions. We both have experience teaching in camps and tutoring and even before and after school programs. We both have 3 year diplomas (not degrees) and TESOL certificates. Most public schools look for people with degrees so we've had to look at training centers. Now on this website I've seen tons of people telling each other to STAY AWAY from training centers. For people like us who can't seem to get public school work, what do we do? Are all training centers work horses as everyone seems to say online? Any help would be awesome.
