Now, that may have to do with the locals' recruiting techniques. They either cannot speak English well enough to see far enough, or they're just too desperate to get that "lao wai face" for the "monkey show". Sorry to have used monkeys in my comment here, but the expectations of us in some schools/centers sure aren't too high, are they? Most of the time we're to make our students feel comfortable and amused which are the main goals..or, am I wrong?
Now, why would you John want to take that away from these employers???
