These guys are hopeless in my experience. They don't reply or are very slow to reply to my questions. Then, they send me jobs to look over that are not what I specified for originally. Sounds fairly standard for Chinese recruiters. Lowball offers from desperate schools that treat their staff as expendable commodities.
