In my experience no qualifications are required in a number of places. The only qualifications required in theory is a degree. You have that, so that's all you need. While a Tesol cert would be a nice addition to your resume, in truth it's not required, not really. If you're white, and have a degree, you are in. Some places don't even require that, but you'd be living and teaching in a backwater place. Research the towns in which you get job offers also, you never know where you might end up.
