Happy new year to all. I just finished my Celta course and i've been applying for jobs.

I received a job offer from Dubai. The job pays well (3900USD) and accommodation paid for. The problem is that i had no interview, i've sent all my details to the School. They sent me a email address to get my work visa and labour card, to the work visa labour office apparently. They now want me to pay 720USD to get this done, is this normal practice? Shouldn't the school pay this for me? Sounds a bit fishy, can anyone HELP!!
