Ben, you've really opened the discussion up. It's nice to see the interest. Where this discussion goes, in my view, depends on the location so much. The central Europe that you say you are in also may not be the same. If you are in Germany, you'll see a hell lot of perfectionists and may I say that they're also remarkably punctual which aren't the characteristics of many Chinese. Then, if you are in Czech Republic, you will see more of a relaxed atmosphere and employers more likely to invite you for that fine Czech beer. Unlike Germans, Czechs are open and they do not mind telling you what they really think. Both of these nations' employers are by far more intelligent than many Chinese business people that walk on egg shells and rely on their contacts heavily as they cannot count on their poor reputation. You might know what the consummer confidence is in China, do you?
