British visa offices in China charge fees that are non-refundable for visa applications from Chinese visa-seekers. But Chinese visa offices in the UK don't do likewise for British. Do you understand now? Not contradictory, but unfair!
As for asylum seekers, etc, that's very different from Chinese spouses of British nationals, and irrelevant to my post! I'm not interested in your excuses and red herrings, I know my country's govt is RACIST, and I'm pointing that out. In my mind, I'm no BRIT anymore!
