Hi everyone good to be back. I was just wondering if some of you could share your experience on writing application letters for ESL jobs. What were some of the "it" factors that got you guys hired? Of course looking the part of louwai wouldn't hurt. I just wanted to know how to get people's attention. Or is it that most of the good jobs have been consolidated into word of mouth between foreign teachers? It can be damn tricky trying to find a good employer in China. Thanks!
