I would like to add to Turnoi's comments by saying that intelligence can be defined in many ways. Education experts' say that humas possess anywhere from 3-9 different kinds of intelligence. People who have a lot of knowledge yet can't communicate that knowledge; can't teach it properly so others can understand them are obviously imbalanced and would need to work on themselves. However sometimes you need to advise people of this as nowadays with so many people with degrees running around there is a lot of vanity. Mayble you'll need to do some persuasion (hard or soft) to let the teachers see the error of their ways.
