In response to Re: Subject To Medical? NO! (kjk)

What you posted has got me thinking. Isn't it the case that the Chinese medical certificate says it's valid for 1 year? In contrast, the HIV test, which is a separate part, is only valid for 6 months. But if you take a medical in one province, and shortly thereafter travel to another province to take a job that was offered through a recruiter, the PSB in the other province will force you to take another medical! Been there, seen it, done it! Seems that the Chinese PSB in one province distrust medical records that are in-date from another province. Given this unjustifiable situation, maybe caused by plain stupidity, I can easily understand why foreign medical records are distrusted here too.
As for exiting the country for a vacation, which is what another poster mentioned, I haven't had trouble re that yet. But who knows!
As for the norm here, the only norm is that there is no norm...LOL!
Oh! I forgot to say that there are normal universities. But are there any abnormal universities? LOL too!
