I cannot guarantee that this list is complete but it may perhaps serve as a basic point of orientation. If there are other users who can add some helpful information regarding this topic, they would be welcome to post it here.

South Korean parents are also sending their offspring to the Philippines to study English. Presumably, those parents are members of the South Korean middle classes who do not have enough money to cover the cost of their offsprings' education in Western countries. I've been told that educating Koreans in the Philippines is big business. By contrast, the job market there for native speakers of English to teach EFL to Filipinos and Filipinas is a small one. Probably also a less lucrative, too!
