The easiest way to find employment without a degree is definitely working for one of the many crap schools in China - but I would not really recommend this option for your own sake.

How do you know that agents only help crap schools in China fill their vacancies? And, in your humble opinion, should we assume that schools that don't hire through agents are not crap?
Can you envisage a situation where a school lost an FT suddenly and unexpectedly due to ill health, and had to recruit a replacement in a hurry, using an FT provided by an agent to fill that vacancy?
